Order 1978484 for material 10218292 is rejecting with a rejection code of no availability (J0), but stock is available in inventory in MB52 and it is showing in MD04, but not in ATP nor ATPS.
Solution Analysis and Recommendations

Created sales order as same as NEP, with same customer & material. But the material did not reject in sales order and not found the reason for the Z3 material not showing up inventory in ATPS. Found some materials with Z3 having inventory but not showing up in ATPS. Tried to replicate the issue by creating copy of the material and making changes as on the original material like changing storage location, availability check; in QUA but couldn’t replicate the issue.
Following are some examples of materials in NEP, Plant 0110 having Z3 and not showing inventory in ATPS - 10218295, 10618719, 10218208.
Suggested to user by updating the availability check from Z3 to Z2 in material master for the corresponding line item of sales order and recheck the availability in sales order.
Resolution
Sales order 1978484 updated without J0 rejection reason.
